We are unique operators in the flexible office space industry, in that we own all of our own buildings, which allows us to have higher control over building systems and operations. Rather than tear down the old office product that we acquire, we seek to recycle tired office buildings into revitalized, vibrant workspaces, offering solutions from on-demand meeting and day office to dedicated private offices and suites for teams of any size.
