In addition to the original lunch counter, it features two recording studios, space for events, and four on-demand conference rooms.  Facing Main Street and backing up to the new ASU@citycenter campus, this iconic building with the distinctive blue awning is primed to play a key role at the heart of Mesa’s Innovation District.

Access: Located a half-block from Mesa City Plaza, two blocks west of North Country Club Drive and one block east of the Phoenix Valley Metro Stop
