Expansive’s DTC location takes up the penthouse floor of the 6-story Crescent clock tower building, a LEED-certified building completed in 1998. Surrounded by a stunning parklike setting on the north end of Denver Tech Center, clients enjoy access to an onsite fitness center, large lobby, indoor bike storage, a mother’s room, and plenty of parking, including covered, on a newly resurfaced lot. Nearby amenities include the Goldsmith Gulch trail, a Hyatt Place hotel and a nice range of restaurants within a mile.Two blocks from I-25 via Bellview or I-225 via DTC Blvd. Orchard Station less than a mile away.

Each of our buildings offer multiple options for parking within a 1-2 block radius of the building.

When will I have access to the building?

As an Expansive client, you will have 24/7 access, so that you can work whenever you need (applies to Dedicated Desks, Private Office, and Suite agreements). Coworking is available 6am to 12am.

While the size and number of features like conference rooms, phone booths, and outdoor spaces vary by property, standard features include:

As the needs of your business change overtime, we can help you upgrade/downgrade your space without the hassle of relocation.

Expansive offers flexible workspace like private offices, suites, and coworking as well as: long-term commercial real estate options, on-demand workspace options (Meeting Rooms, Day Offices, Lounge Passes), corporate meeting & event spaces, and storage.
