Each of our buildings offer multiple options for parking within a 1-2 block radius of the building.

When will I have access to the building?

As an Expansive client, you will have 24/7 access, so that you can work whenever you need (applies to Dedicated Desks, Private Office, and Suite agreements). Coworking is available 6am to 12am.

While the size and number of features like conference rooms, phone booths, and outdoor spaces vary by property, standard features include:

From month-to-month agreements, to longer term contracts, our goal is to help you find the solution that works for you. As the needs of your business change overtime, we can help you upgrade/downgrade your space without the hassle of relocation.
