Absolutely! Our community enjoys free bottomless coffee, tea, espresso, and filtered water in the community lounge kitchen.

Is parking available at these locations?

Each of our buildings offer multiple options for parking within a 1-2 block radius of the building.

When will I have access to the building?

As an Expansive client, you will have 24/7 access, so that you can work whenever you need (applies to Dedicated Desks, Private Office, and Suite agreements). Coworking is available 6am to 12am.

What services and amenities are available?

While the size and number of features like conference rooms, phone booths, and outdoor spaces vary by property, standard features include:
